Linda Ross

Educated and skilled in teaching students at both ends of the leash!

As a Certified Family Dog Mediation® Professional and Fear Free® Animal Trainer in Jasper, Georgia, Linda Ross of Respectful Communications Animal Training LLC, has studied the art and science of dog training extensively. She is passionate about giving dogs a “choice and a voice” in their daily lives so they don’t feel the stress of being forced to do things they are uncomfortable doing without an alternative. As a Fear Free® Shelters Graduate she is passionate about volunteering with colleagues at local animal shelters giving confined pets an outlet to release pent up energy and emotions so they can be better prepared to find their forever home.

With an education in human and animal learning theory, over 20 years of experience working with client pets, and 10 years of training animals, Linda has addressed various complex dog behaviors in family and shelter dogs across North Georgia. From eliminating excessive barking, lunging, and biting to educating families about proper puppy socialization and care, Linda has a supportive following from those families who believe in no-force pet care and training.
